A thorough inspection is in order accomplished by examination of service records, the exterior and underside of the Pioneer, and test drive. I would also inquire on updates performed and location. The more damage...the lower the offer. You will easily be able to see whether or not it was taken care of as it should have been... Note the best way to look at the underside of the pioneer is by strategically placing it on its side using a large rock

The price of your rig drops like a rock if you pull into a dealer with a snorkel on your rig. If you trade take it off and all your other accessories, it won't make a difference in a estimate, (maybe except roof and windshield)

I, for one, have had enough meteor climbing. I have climbed every single meteor that I have ever encountered.

Thanks for the info everyone. I wanted to see one in person, and it definitely fits my needs. Wish the rear seats had a bit more leg room but they are serviceable. Dealer sold the color I wanted, but info is still helpful as I shop.

I think I paid around 12,500 for my 2016 pioneer 1K3 about July 2018. It had a windshield, roof, stereo, fox suspension, wheel / tire package, led light bars, and a trailer hitch. Was not treated very well evident by the cracked front grille, water in fuel tank, and hole from backing into a large rock? They were asking like $14,000 but I wasn't even thinking about buying it until I discovered the price of all the upgrades. It persuaded me to talk them down to 12,500 and take it "as is."
