What size bolts did it take?

5 7/16x20 1.5” bolts for the lap belts and I grabbed bunch of the 7/16 thick washers they call them.

The passenger head rest I grab 7/16x20 2.5,& 3.0 think the 2.5 I ended up using Everything came from True Value

On the passenger side you want to stack a couple of the large think washer so it holds the solder strap ends away from the back of the head rest so you have enough room to adjust the length of the straps with out having to loosen the main bolt and everything.

That was early on we put on 150 miles today mostly dry seasonal roads and dirt roads and some paved, Now I have to do that 100 mile service lights on and its back in garage , will power wash tomorrow and see what all that service includes.

Changed out the front and rear axles this evening and they take more then the manual calls for about 2-3oz more to get the oil to the top and whipping .
Switched to the 75W-140

Wonder how this would compare with the old standby Hi-Lift jack? The make one that's 36: for UTV's.

I went with this jack because it all fits into one little bag and I really don't care for them farm style jacks

I know a lot of people are having clutch issues in their rigs, I wonder if they are using the wrong oil, Did some reading last couple of days and the Pro Honda GN4 4 Stroke oil is listed as an MA oil

In 2016 they went to the next level witch is Ma2 witch is higher level then the Original MA

So with that being said I will be going to Royal Purple Max Cycle 10w40 witch is MA2 oil for WET CLUTCHES, Thinking all theses other oils with different additive packages are possible issues with the clutch packs being theses machines are wet clutch setups. Just Thinking this and not saying its the cause...

There is a reason Honda's oil is MA

Everything I have found says MA2 is the Best oil for wet clutches.

Here is a pic of the back, Not sure if there is any other MA2 wet clutch oil on amazon but I run Royal Purple and Mobil One in a lot of things I own, Couldn't find a mobile one with the MA2, maybe I missed it but anyways this what I'm going to be running and hopefully no clutch slipping...

Mudbuster XL front and backs arrived yesterday, Took tires off to make install way quicker, They are super nice and will stop all that spray from the tires, and I get a lot with the 2" spacers...
