Hey, I like you all and want you to make it home each time you ride. I don’t wear one either, but we should.

That RZR wreck was bad and they were lucky with only a broken arm and stitches. I think they did have helmets though, but not sure.

Fair enough:) and I’d like everyone to be safe too but for me I’ve ridden with helmets for 40-50000 miles over the years In the woods, I do feel slightly more safe in a Sxs and really enjoy the freedom. Speed is generally the killer that’s why I’d rather slow technical then bombing down a gravel road like a newbie Most people I’ve seen seriously hurt was because of speed

Bone Brain cage vs Steel ROPS .....
My neighbor is retired 30year Army vet with a TBI from HumVee vs IED, he spent last 3years in VA in Germany. He forgets stuff, has tremors, and short temper when his TBI gives him a bad day. He realizes and will quickly apologize but TBI messed him up.

I have a buddy from HS that cannot live on his own after being electrocuted he has no ability to form new memories and forgets things after a min or two.

I’m same as you who knows how many on/off road miles with a full face helmet. Now slow and technically challenging is more fun, and its def a lot less sweaty without the helmet, but there are some steep drop offs and hills that make me consider it on occasion.
