Thank you, thats more or less what I was looking for. I'm willing to wait for what I want. I don't want to start altering it as soon as I purchase it. I'm looking for a good stock trail machine, and I'm a Honda person. Car, generator, snowblower, lawnmower, motorcycles, and atvs.
If you aren't riding like Robby Gordon, you can drop your tire pressures down to 8-10 and unhook the swaybar, both will make a noticeable improvement in the ride for $0.

@Remington Is your swaybar still hooked up? What tire pressure do you run? Inquiring minds need to know. 🤔

In my Talon, no its not but i have the shock mod that Replaces them.
@Plumber32 turned me in to it. It keeps the bar on but allowing it to flex at speeds without a full roll. It makes a huge difference. Ill go out in the barn and get a pic when I go out.

My P1K5, that sucker was removed before Christ was a foot soldier 🤣

I had/have both, my 2016 base pioneer rode better in slow stuff than my talon X, the talon stock was horrible, read PaulF's reviews on different machines as well. imagine the disappointment of dropping $18k on a new machine and the suspension feels like pieces of solid pipe in all 4 corners:eek::eek:

I ended up getting all 4 shocks resprung and revalved, schrader valve caps, etc. now a 7-8 out of 10 for comfort in the slow stuff. don't discount how sucky the stock rubber nitrogen fill nipples are as well, they leaked on mine...

my advice to any new talon owner whether an X, R, LV, non LV, before any accessory, get the suspension done day 1, I lived with brutal for well over a year, live and learn, and I should have known better

Yeah factory riding slow its rough especially with the low profile tires. 32" tires and just the bandit tender springs it rides really well, and the sway bar shocks help. Talon factory rides really good at 45 + mph. Where it was designed to run.

We also had the same problem so we did lots of online searching, ended up traveling 6 hours to get ours but we'd do it again in a heart beat. Love love our Talon😁

I didn't want the LV, but that was all I could find after trying for several months to locate a standard R. Was $800 more (as I recall) and was money VERY well spent! And, the dealership sold it to me at $800 under list! Definitely worth driving 1400 miles to get it, even if I was actually going right past Motoworld El Cajon on my way to Baja!
