2021 non live valve r, failures to date are one rear wheel bearing and one u-joint. Replaced both rear wheel bearings, hubs and brakes around 19,000 mi both u-joints at 24,000mi. This machine has used a cup or even two of oil since new but it has recently jumped to almost a full quart(1200 mile oil change intervals). New one will arrive soon, all of the "stuff" from the old one will move over then the '21 will be for sale in st George utah if anyone's interested. I'm thinking about $8000🤷‍♀️

Did you go with the 4 seat R? LV? Say Hi to Kathy.

I replaced the inner LR CV joint at 8157 (leaking boot and clicking. I could have lived with the clicking but not the lost grease). Also replaced both hubs, rotors and brake pads at that time. It's up on jackstands right now to replace the inner RR (got bound up under load ... pop. Still drivable but loud clicking and the boot is spitting grease). Parts got here a couple of days ago.

No to the four seat, understand the reasons for one but they just don't meet our eye and not sure what would interchange from the two seat. Don't know if the non-life valve is even available but went with the live valve hoping it will ride/handle even slightly like the pro r, expectations are low. If your project comes together well maybe you'll get this way and we can compare them. Kathy says👋

damn = thats a lot of riding\miles - what you have for prefilter - looks like something is worn - possibly just a long weekend in the garage putting new rings in eventually - 1 quart every 1200 is what it is - skinny pedal down with a DCT for $8K!!!!!!! - priceless

Using the s&b, Donaldson filter minder on the air box and change the filter as indicated. This is my second talon, first one had 16,000 miles when I realized it had a intake boot problem so I'm quite sensitive to dirt on the clean side of the filter, have seen no evidence of that on this one. This may well be an easy fix for someone who likes to do that kind of thing, we buy them to take us places, not to work on them got a polaris for that🙄

I hope I see similiar life and dependability my 2022 X4.I have 4500 miles on it since putting it on the trail in May 2023. I'm curious how many hours you put on it to get 27,600 miles?
