500 wont shift up sometimes

Hello, I'm Workingman

hello why does my 500 sometimes not want to shift up . when u use the paddle and shift it down it sometimes wont shift up . left me stranded a couple times . my kids said it happened to them before. when i got it home it worked fine ..

Sometimes happens when it's cold, just let it warm up a little before hand. If this is happening when it has been warmed up, perform the clutch adjustment. Easy to do and @PistonHonda made a video that shows you how. Had to do mine and wish I had done it the day I brought it home, shifts a lot better now. As for being stranded, there is a tool under the drivers seat for manually shifting.
