Well it's now on my "for sure" list.

Was this before the control arm teeth removal? I bought a used arm off EBay I'm going to remove the stock bushings next week, take some measurements, and talk to companies and see if they can't make a P500 kit. Garage Products Bushings make bushing kits and they say in they're FAQ if you don't find your machine listed they will work with you. Home ⋆ Garage Products

I still had teeth when that failure happened, and since I had to do a total tear down that is when I ground smooth. FWIW Super ATV has a kit, made of the good stuff.

I saw them but what scared me was they're for "SUPERATV ARMS" which don't exist for the 500. And something's a typo because the pieces per $89 kit is for one corner, not entire front. But I should just call and get dimensions and clarification from them.

Jeez, ya know I had not realized they were only 8, I expected at least a front ends worth.... I think I will make some then.

Just a bracket that ties your A arm tabs together.

I don't own a 500/520, yet, so forgive my ignorance on this. Is there a need to do this? Is it a weak point?

Some have broken the tabs but I think they were to do with incomplete welds more than anything. I wanted this bracket when I added forward arched A arms, figured it would be putting more stress on them. That's when i found out they quit making them.

It may be worth inquiring, for some reason I am thinking someone else is making them now? Check with the facebook groups.
