P500 Another Question About Tracks(Newbie)

Howdy Everyone, New to posting on this site but have been lurking for a while gathering knowledge. I have a chance to purchase a set of fairly new Camoplast T4S tracks from my neighbor who has them on a Polaris 550. Just wondering if anyone has ever tried to convert atv over to utv. Havent had much luck with searching for anyone that has tried this...

Can you contact Camoplast and ask for a part breakdown between the 2 models? Might be able to adapt to your machine for a small part investment.
