P1000 Any experience with Throttle Max

I installed and used one on a Talon but don't really find a need for it on the Pioneer. My legs are long and feet are large so that may make a difference.

Have one on the p1000-5 and absolutely love it! I drive bare footed alot and you can work the gas with one toe!! 😀

I initially thought it was kind of a dumb idea (or implementation) for a problem that doesn't exist, or at least was manageable. Figured if I needed one, I'd just make it myself, how tough could it be? That is, until after only 120 miles (it's apart for first service now), I just ordered the Throttle Maxx today. It's not that the stock throttle isn't manageable, it is that, and had no problem feathering it etc. Problem is, at least for us older coots, after awhile that stock pedal will give you foot cramps trying to keep it where you want it.

i tested the 500/700 pedal in my Talon, worked great. Allows you to shift position and on long rides that makes a huge difference. I’m 6’3” so even with long legs it works. Now I don’t have to jam my foot against the tunnel to prevent throttle bounce. I sent throttlemaxx photos measurements and feedback. I hope they make one specifically for the Talon and ramp up production.

I am long legged and love the Throttle Max on my 1000-5. Keeps my foot flat on the floor. No surge issues

Yes Throttle Max is a game changer for the Honda gas pedals. I have a 2018 pioneer 1000-5 Deluxe and I've had the Throttle Max pedal installed since 3 months after purchase and it stops shin fatigue and throttle burst. **See the installed pedal in pics below.
I had a chance to get to know the company by interacting with them and supporting through their merchandise before the founder tragically passed away. It was certainly a sad day for me and if you don't know the story take time to check it out and I hope his daughter has been able to carry on what he started!!
