I just got mine back together is wasn't the reversed gears was the clutch dog portion they were rounded and wouldn't grab also found that annoying chatter sound that would go away if dropping a gear it was the connector between the sub and trans had come apart and was just barely hanging g in there

Mine made a pop and would just chatter like it wouldn't engage far enough and trying to adjust it didn't help

Note to self... Any and every time my P-1K has any problems whatsoever, be sure to audio and video record them and then upload full documentation of said problem to hondasxs.com or else be accused of lying about machine's problem. Got it. Thanks.

Short story, They were riding together at RRB when @riverratcadillac was having issues. Hence the ribbing being thrown at each other.

Did you get your injector harness fixed with a proper plug? Or still running the temp fix you did?
Still running the temp fix. The only concern I have is moisture/debris getting past the injector pins and into the injector electronics itself. Don't know how well sealed that is. I may unplug it, clean it up and slip a large heat shrink tube over the whole thing including the body of the injector (when I have time, which is never lol)

The first pic with the red and purple wires is for illustrative purposes only. Those would actually be the Honda red and green harness wires as shown in other pics.

On second thought, I guess I should've posted these pics on an "injector harness" thread. Sorry for the hi-jack guys.

bearing on mine were all fine and i believe this was all due to it not being adjusted properly from factory and barely catching

It's pretty important to come to a stop when shifting from H L R. If the gear is spinning when the dog engages it can chip/grind the edge of the dog. If it tries to jump out from being rounded over or too slow to shift while moving, it usually bends a fork or shaft. Your usually better off slamming it into gear instead of easing it in with a dog box type tranny.
