Does anyone have arched a arms in just the front and not the rear and running 30” tires? If so, please post pictures.

True 30” will mount without offset arched arms, but WILL GRIND plastic on compression. They don’t FIT without the offset. You can run a 28” tall “30 inch” tire, but it’s not a true 30” tire. The blackwaters are 28.5” not 30”, I forget all the exact measurements but BigHorns, Blackwaters, TerraBites, are all short.

Roctanes are true 30”, 30’s

There are probably others that are short and true but it varies by tire size not brand, the 30x10-14 Evo is shorter than size, the 28x10-12 is a half inch taller than size.

I am looking at getting a true 30" tire and that's why I was wondering if anyone has just put the forward arched a arms in just the front and running a 30" tire.

I had 30” Roctanes with only forward arched arms and ~2” lift. They would rub in the back a little under hard compression.

Hey bud I just got some 30 inch roctanes and figured they would clear with the 2 1/5 inch high lifter lift I had on there but unfortunately they don't... What kind of a lift did u have on ur rig and were ur a arms from super ATV or high lifter.

In my opinion I would not use the high lifter arms because you cannot adjust the camber. At least that’s what I’ve been told.

I would use super ATV in the front and then you won’t have any problem. Go all out and get arms for the rear end you will stretch year will base a total of 3 inches which should help with stability and heels.

My not true 30" Evos rubbed on drivers front under hard compression. Arms up front cured it.

With the arms, lift and 30in tires was your machine top heavy???? How does it handle with this setup.

Not too bad, I did add 2” spacers in the back though and in the front I did 1.5” spacers with 1” wider wheel.

Then later I chopped the top and I remove the roof for summer riding. It feels really stable.

I also removed some of the lift. It’s only about 1” of lift now.

Do you know what the rims offsets are ? just got the cfab arms the ones with the lift built in. the tires and wheels that I have on the machine are 4x5 9 inch wheel with Green Ball Crap 28x10 14 for tires and they work fine. Here the but the new tires and wheels are 2x5 7 inch wheels and STI X-comp30x10x14 and they hit the shocks so I have 2inch spacers coming for all 4 corner. So any one else have that problem?

I’ve also got the same wheels. They are STI 7x14 with a 5-2.

No shock rubbing for sure.

PSA: With SATV make sure you install the steering stops or are very conscious of how much of a bind you’re putting the cvs in. I like the turning radius without them and can feel when they are in a bid so I will back off and reposition to turn/bind less.

Yesterday, I had mine turned way too far and bound by a log and rut. It ‘sploded the outer cv cup and I had to run @JTW style the rest of the day.
