P500 ATV Silencer BT-500 Honda Pioneer 500 (15-18)

Well, my Silent Rider silencer came today, but not all there. The silencer, bolts, nuts and washers were in the box, but no hangers. I ordered direct from Silent Rider. We left a message on their phone and sent an email. The wait begins.

Silent Rider was great and made up for their mistake right away and shipped the hangers. The Silencer makes my Pioneer 500 quieter!

At idle in the shop, not a lot of difference, climbing the hill to the cabin, slightly less noise, on the level just cruisin along, much quieter, but I get a hearing disability from the VA. My wife says it is quieter, but she has poor hearing from yellin at me for the last forty nine years! Would l buy it again, the jury is still out.

Ive got the ATV Silencer coming UPS today, my review will not be scientific either, just plain and simple like yours is.....I don't wear my hearing aids when I drive the P500.....the other day I heard a Ranger climb the hill behind the house.....that thing was so quite I couldn't believe it.....don't know if it had one of these or not.

That is too bad.
It seems like a good product. I hope they can resolve the issue quickly like they did with the hangers above.

Anyone notice a power reduction at the higher altitudes using this Silencer?

If you order a Silent Rider from the mfg. 'Quad Fab Inc.' they ask you what elevation you will be riding in, 0 to 6,000 feet is stock, 6,000 to 8,000 feet they make an adjustment, 8,000 to 13,00 feet they make another adjustment. I ordered mine stock, I ride at 1,400 feet.

You are correct, I ordered the 0-6000
