I have an 8 gang wired up to control a bunch of different accessories and its been working fine until todays ride. I noticed that after anywhere between 5-20 seconds, everything connected to the auxbeam that was powered on would turn off. sometimes hitting the center off/on button would power the accessories, other times it wouldn't. If i turned off the engine and turned it back on, the accessories would work again for 5-20 seconds before shutting off again. The auxbeam remained lit/powered the entire time (except when I turned off and removed key -- its wired to key-on power). I tried it with each accessory individually and it didn't matter what device it was, it would do the same thing. When they do turn on, I hear a click noise (relay i think?) One accessory is measuring battery voltage, and both batteries were within expected ranges (12-14v).

Any thoughts on what could be wrong and where to start the troubleshooting?

Correct, contact Auxbeam support. They will have you do a video to show the issue and will send you a whole new unit.

Mine was completely dead, voltage to the main terminals and the key-on, but nothing to the switch box or accessories.

When it cuts off... have you measured for 12v at the acc pin and main power to ensure it's not the machine side cutting it off?

Haven't measured anything yet. I got back at 9pm last night so I haven't taken anything apart. I will reach out to auxbeam support in the meantime.
