Got my Turn Pro kit installed yesterday, so we took a trip into town today for some ice cream in the P1k5.

My toy fund is about to dry up for a while. With a little more saving I can go ahead and get wheels and tires, OR a good skid plate, OR i could get the Honda aluminum skid plate and go ahead and get the wheels I've got picked out. Tough decisions, I really want wheels and tires now, but I know I need a good skid. Really been eyeballing the skid set from Trail Armor.
I’d go trail armor... and before I did the Honda aluminum plate I have full belly S&S skids I took off mine when I made my one piece uhmw skid... I’d let them go cheap.

Mocking up my fan with some zipties, until I can make a bracket . I can definatly feel some warm air being blowed out by the rear passenger axle. Look forward to trying it out on a hot trail ride.

I’m still running the zip ties on mine.. one bit of fair warning.... don’t accidentally stick your finger in in while running. It will slice her open slick as a ribbon!

You know, I was thinking, the the heavy duty zip ties will hold up longer than the cheap plastic mounting tabs on most of these fans. I may just leave it be for now. If I have any problems I can do it "right" then.

Already got my finger a couple of times trying it out. I'm a slow learner.

I just used two regular ties on each tab.

That's an automotive fan isn't it? What auto is it for?
