After returning from Takeover I noticed the rear beadlocks were loosing 2 to 3 PSI per day.
When I broke them down I found a lot of dirt between rim and bead.

Cleaned everything up, washed tire and rim and put back together using bead sealer as an extra precaution.
Bead seal
Torqued beadlock ring and re-aired tires.
So far holding air.
Also if you have a small compressor like I have, without enough volume to seat the bead, a ratchet strap around tire worked great for me.
Here is a link to the ratchet strap
you can hear the bead seat at 0:30 and 0:31.
Painters tape around tire is numbered for torque sequence of the beadlock ring.
Forgot to mention, I also replaced rubber valve stems with metal valve stems
