I doubt you're going to hear many, if any, complaints. Both are highly regarded. If you're shopping, the main thing to watch out for is if you are buying take-offs. I believe some of the OEM's put Bighorn 2.0's on that have a 2 ply rating. I can't remember specifically where I saw them... maybe someone else will chime in about it. Bighorn: heavier than 2.0 with bigger lugs Bighorn 2.0: Lighter than Bighorn original - less tread depth

Both are great all around, and last a very long time.

I went with BH originals. Have a Foreman with 5000 miles on a set of BH originals. Still plenty of tread left and never had a flat. Lots of miles on rocky trails. Saw no reason to try something else. BH 2.0s don't have enough "history" yet.

Good choice. I wasn't too impressed with the big horns 2's that came on the 1000. They claim its a 6 ply but I found them soft and floppy. I put 8 ply Blackwaters on - much tougher.

I had them on my grizzly and I was the same way. Lot of blacktop and tires still looked great!

Yeah.. I thought stock 2.0's were 4 ply.. I know the bighorn originals so why not

You might consider 1-2" spacers to correct rear wheels or if not too late get 2+5 rear wheels
I don't want 2-5 wheels as I want to keep everything the same on all 4 corners.. I think the rear will only be 1 inch narrower than the front anyway.

Now there's also a third choice for Bighorns, the brand new 3.0. They look pretty cool. Saw them in the WPS catalog yesterday.
I like the tread pattern
