Just a few pictures to let you all know this is possible and it works amazing I added a secondary battery this works absolutely amazing it’s for an ATV I just picked a Honda Foreman mounting bracket they do not make a mounting bracket for the pioneer 500
I had a click and go before and it was time consuming at best.
having the hydraulics really does help reduce so much time. deleting the Reverse safety feature is an absolute must. The 500 clears sidewalks absolutely perfect with a 4 foot blade
My 2 cents on winter

Nice set up for your purpose, that little blade would work great for clearing sidewalks. Looks like you're up on blocks in the trailer, is that a mid mount plow bracket?

No actually the bracket front mount right onto the bumper two bolts below it’s up on a skid so I can get the 12 foot set up on a 10 foot trailer Lol
I just grabbed a used bumper for 25 bucks and drilled it out for the foreman plate I’ve had absolutely no issues and use it commercially

Two heavy duty carriage bolts A piece of heavy tube behind the OEM bumper with U bolts mount a small strip of heavy gauge steel across the front tube frame So you have something to drill the bottom of the forman bracket into.
Basically make yourself a front square skid plate out of heavy gauge steel and then drill into it for the bottom At the top just used to carriage bolts through the plate through the bumper into a square tube cut to fit behind the bumper to give it strength pics below

Nice work! I used a Cam Am atv mount for mine and ran a support from the top of the mount back to the frame of the Pioneer. I have a 60" Boss straight blade and the Pioneer 500 handles it well.

nice work... I've been considering some ways to hook up something like this:
I haven't landed on a way yet, just starting to think it over. But it might involve some fabrication.
