Group of 3 of us heading to Brimstone Sept 14-16. My P500, a RZR 900, and a Maverick. Looking for any suggestions or tips? Trails to run, not run. Sights to see? Any other suggestions.

There are several good mapping services available Dan Koerner has some for Garmin units as well as @Lifetimetrailmaps for Android tablets.

I have Dan's maps and they work very well on my Garmin Nuvi.

Hoping that between the maplets map and the map on their app, we will be able to get around easily. Next year I'd like to upgrade to lifetime maps.

Anyone else riding that area or TWRA land that weekend?

Had a great time at Brimstone. Using Royal Blue campground (Sundquist area) as a comparison it was a lot more rockier and more difficult. Even the main trails were rocky. So glad I had the Walker Evans shocks, they really made the ride bearable. The little P500 kept up well with the rzr xoxo and maverick 1000 and went almost everywhere they did. I think I pulled winch a couple times that they didn’t. We even fought trail 75Y to the very end before before having to turn back. It would have required several winch pulls for any of us to make it and frankly, it was bad enough I wouldn’t have trusted my winch to pull me up it.

If you want tougher and rougher trails, Brimstone is it. Royal Blue(Sunquist are) is much smoother and better for cruising around.
