Started working on a few items over a week ago before Jury Duty got in the way.
Here's the short list prior to my public service......
OEM roof
OEM glass windshield
OEM soft mid panel
Graphics from The Vinyl Creator

I need to re-do part of the wing graphics on each side due to some small wrinkles.

I installed my Warn front bumper and Warn Axon 55-S winch. I even managed to stuff a Rough Country 6" light in there with a few modifications to the supplied mounting bracket and an aluminum spacer.

Got the EMP rear bumper installed with a couple of 10" Rough Country lights mounted inside. I really like the styling of this bumper. The lights are located on the face of the bumper that points them ever-so-slightly downward.

I'm overdue for an update. I'll probably spread this out over a few posts.
I added 3 pairs of cube lights, windshield, mid & rear. I used the brackets that came with the Rough Country lights for the front pillars. For the mids, I installed M8 nutserts in the cage. The rears involved fabricating a plate to go between the roof and cage. I also added a leftover 6" light to the reverse lights.

For my 2nd battery, I chose to go with an Optima under the seat. I made a mounting plate to attach an Optima specific mount that I purchased. I put a few nutserts in the steel in the floor and made some standoffs to get the plate more or less level. I have a 200A circuit breaker wired just off the battery as well as a battery tender attached to the side posts. There is also a 70A circuit breaker and solenoid for an accessory outlet I have in the bed.

Mounting the 2 Blue Sea fuse blocks involved machining a couple of Delrin mounting blocks. I placed the "key-on" block above the factory battery & the "always hot" block above the air intake.

I tucked the relays back behind where the most have placed their auxiliary battery. The mount is attached to standoffs mounted to the steel behind the battery pocket.
I also placed a socket in the bed with a 50A capacity for various things.

The tire & wheel combo has been a little challenging thus far. Buy some beadlock wheels, a tire and simply attach the two right? Wrong! The wheels are Fuel Tech beadlock 15 x 7 +38mm and the tires I'm trying are Tusk Megabites 28". The bead on the tire is too thick, so spacers will be required. Problem is, I can't find spacers for them. Fuel doesn't appear to make any & I couldn't find any other source that would fit. Oh well, do what machinists do and make them (or in my case send to the local water-jet guy). I sent the rings out for powder coat as soon as I got the wheels in. Of course that was at the end of last year and took 4 weeks with Christmas & New Years in the mix. The color is Davis Red from Prismatic. I will be picking up the spacers today after 3 weeks of waiting, so hopefully I'll have some correctly assembled beadlock tires & wheels this weekend.

I picked up the spacers Friday for the beadlocks. They turned out great, well worth the 3 week wait. They are an 1/8" thick, 6061 aluminum. The beadlocks are nice and flat with these installed and properly torqued. I may have to give in to my little voice telling me to put them on ASAP instead of finishing the wiring I'm in the middle of......

Time for a much needed update to this thread. These may or may not be in chronological order......
I installed a Trail Armor skid plate. For the most part, installation was a breeze. I opted to install 6mm NutSerts on the frame instead of the self-tappers that were supplied. In order to ensure the holes for the inserts were centered in the holes on the skidplate, I made a drill bushing that was a snug fit to the 1" holes.

The only factory hole that I had trouble with was the rearmost one on the passenger side. It was off center by almost a 1/4". I believe others have had issues with this same hole. I machined a new pocket/hole in the correct location in the skidplate.

20220223 133317

Next I had to trim the front of the side panels, directly behind the front wheels to eliminate rubbing at full lock.

Overall, I'm very pleased with this skidplate.

I added some Tusk side mirrors & Honda center mirror, PowerBass XL 1250 soundbar, Haltron fire extinguisher, ThrottleMaxx, Hillbilly Brake and a Blac-Rac gun rack.

The Tek208 fire extinguisher mount is a slick quick detach mount. I had to open up the clamp ID from 1.75 to 1.80 to fit the ROPS at the rear passenger, DS location.

Next was the PowerBass XL-1250 sound bar. Mounted on center ROPS, facing forward. Very happy with the sound.

Next up is the HillBilly Brake and ThrottleMaxx. No pics of the brake.....
I made a couple of standoffs for the ThrottleMaxx so the screws could be fully tightened without bending the upper bracket.

I installed a Blac-Rac rifle rack for my AR. This thing is awesome! I, once again, had to open the clamp ID from 1.75 to 1.78 to properly fit the ROPS over the windshield. An AR mounts in this with a 30rd mag inserted and opens and closes without hitting the ROPS or center mirror.

More updates. Installed the OEM wiper and a Kemimoto washer tank/pump. I didn't use their included sprayer because it shoots two streams of water, not a spray. I purchased this one from Amazon. I wired the wiper and washer through a OFF-ON-(ON) switch using the wiring diagram another club member posted. Works great!

I placed the tank where most a placing the auxiliary battery. I had to make a mounting plate and install a few NutSerts.

I finally installed the switch panel. It's made from 1/4" aluminum so I could add a generous chamfer around the face and have a more unique look to it. Black basecoat with silver carbon fiber hydrodip.

I really like this build but I can't wait to see this machine get dirty
OMG, tell me about it! It's hard walking out in the garage everyday wanting to ride it. I'm on the last major project, and that is to get the seat mount made & any harness required to mount a custom seat for our special needs son. I sent the aluminum out to get bent just this morning. Sucks not having my old shop available to me......
