Check engine light

I have a 2019 talon x. I started it today and when I hit throttle it acted stuck and then took off, but when I let off throttle it stayed at a high idle (5,000 rpm) now check engine light is flashing. I believe 10-2 . What could be the issue? I haven’t drove in a couple months but started from time to time and let run for around five minutes. Battery seemed pretty weak today.

I don't see a 10-2 in the list, there is a 102-1 that sounds like what you have going on. See below....... and welcome to the site

Sorry it took so long to get back with you .. I ended up changing the throttle angle sensor and the check engine light cleared but talon would still rev to 5,000 rpm when started! So I went to throttle body where the throttle cable goes in and I removed that black cover and there was mud in the housing keeping the throttle from returning to normal position!! Thanks for the help guys!! I really appreciate it!!
