Cotrex app is Colorado sanctioned and works very well -free, easy to use.

The problem with Black Bear Pass - it's one-way, down into Telluride, SxSs aren't street legal in Kalirado and Telluride doesn't want us there. You'd need a trailer parked at the bottom and I don't know if there's anywhere to park one.
