Yes I know it's a "manual" already but what if it was a slam shifter instead??! Remember back in the day when you hold it between gears like pulling in a clutch?

I remember threads about converting a Rancher ES into manual shift by removing the servos and installing the shift lever. Might be kinda fun to make up some linkage and try it out. I'm not sure where to put the shifter though.. somewhere in middle. Maybe a custom, very tiny center console.

Just throwing ideas out there. Millennials might have trouble driving it after tho ;) lol

Lol..
A talented fabricator could bring this to reality. Not sure on the location of the manual shift shaft but I could see it working.

It's right under the center of the seat. little bit of math or 3D CAD and the linkage lengths to transfer forward and backward movement into the right amount of side to side motion would be easy enough. If my ES ever starts having issues it might give me a reason. Besides additional fun factor
