As you can see from the vid, I need to get another piece of rubber from you. I'll then file down the aluminum just a little bit and that should help.

By they way, it works good. I rode long enough to feel heat coming from around the pedals but no dash heat. Thanks for making this and providing it to us.

I actually felt a burp of heat come through the 2/4 wd lever on the 500 last week, so I'm following this.
I'm a little behind on this thread, but my 2/4wd has always felt like a hair dryer blowing on my legs in the summer. I wondered if it was enough to heat the cab in the winter... if I had a cab.
