Oh crap, I just saw you're in AK. Never mind, it will cost too much to send it.

Thanks anyway man. One of the problems of living here is everyone thinks it's impossible to get product here without paying a fortune.
In some cases that's true. but in Most cases priority flat rate boxes man. Never use usps. Ups all the way. If it fits it ships. You could have that to me for less than fifteen bucks.
However, I think I'm just gonna insurance it all out. Gonna talk to claim specialist on monday, and roll to honda Tuesday and see what they think about the roll cage. If it's not bent too bad, I'm probably just gonna leave it. I'll leave it to the dealer to tell me if it's still safe or not. We got an awesome little dealer and I trust anything they tell me.
An a arm is 125. Accessories are 0 dollar deductible up to 3k. So I'm covered there.
I may not claim collision. May leave dents in plastic and just buy a new a arm. All depends on what they say about the rollcage. I'm kind of hoping it's not actually bent and my bolts just contorted. I was suprised the cage moved at all, however I'm not dissapointed. Just suprised. I shut it off and 3 of us rolled the pic. Back on its side, then back on her wheels. She fired right up no problem and I drove it out.
You guys might find this interesting. I noticed where the arm bent, is a huge rock scuff. There is no large rocks where I was so I had to have bashed it on something a while back. Now it's possible the arm has been bent and I didn't notice. But I really think that little scuff maybe dented the metal and that caused the weak spot for the arm to fold.
I was at jims creek, which is an old glacier bed. It's pure silt, which if any of you have never experienced before, behaves mostly like mud but dry. It's much more dense than sand due to particle size. When your going fast it's like dust. It's loose. You kick it around. It's dry. But when you slow down, it grabs you and pulls you down and you just dig and push the stuff.
As my momentum started to shift into the slide, and I started to slow down the stuff grabbed my tires and I started to teeter on 2 wheels. When I let off the gas I caught traction and then just flipped hard instantly. I basically went from sliding on the stuff like it was ice to sticking to it like it was clay. It's alot like heavy flour.
Silt is dangerous s***. If your not carefull, it can really mess your cooler up. I learned a super valuable lesson. Only go straight in silt, otherwise slow down.
I dont do a lot of jims creek because it's so dirty. I like the mountains better. Rolling hills is what does it for me. Grass, rock, and dry earth. You silt guys can keep your fancy blocks of ice. I hope they melt.
