I am pretty much sick of my current camper set up. The pop-up camper is nice but it’s better for three season conditions. Not the best for winter camping especially if you’re dealing with snow loads or freezing temperatures and it only has vinyl walls and a very thin thermal barrier. So today I made the down payment on a new truck camper. It’s a rigid wall camper made with foam core fiberglass and aluminum sheeting. I put a down payment on a Bison Overland Flatbed Camper. I’m starting to need old guy amenities! When it’s all said and done it will look something like this; I’ll post more details over the coming weeks. The Gnome will have a new traveling home! The last picture is my current setup.
