Has anyone had this problem. If so what have you done to repair crack's. I did a plastic weld on a previous crack it held up well but I was wondering if there is an epoxy I could apply to the back side of dash to give it strength and support?

Looks like a weak point from where you cut the switches too close. Then the heat expansion from the rig and air temp took care of the rest.
Try some
Small epoxy like JB weld on the back side of the cracks to keep it from going further

Wonder if Shoe Goo on the backside would help? Just ordered a new black tube off Amazon, handy stuff to have around. Used it on my P500 plastic wheel well crack years ago, still holding.

Bad thing about that stuff is it stays pliable like rubber. Basically a thicker rubber cement

I have a couple of cracks in mine, on each side of the glovebox. More like two holes though, they're not going anywhere. Even the new tablet holder thing doesn't cover them completely. I've tortured this dash for 8 yrs drilling and cutting holes in it so I don't blame it on cheap material or anything. A couple of times I've put a piece of tape behind them and filled with black caulk. It holds up for a bit but definitely isn't a forever fix.

I'm thinking cold night's and then hot days could cause these cracks. I'm going to relocate the switches to a 3d crossroads bar switch mount. Then put switch plugs into dash holes and epoxy the cracks on the back of the dash. Hope that will end the cracking.

So I had this problem from a tight cut on my glovebox. Epoxy worked briefly then I used plastic welding using a soldering iron and zip ties as a welding rod. It’s holding up pretty good.
