Has anyone’s air filter become deformed like mine in the pic? I think it might have something to do with the No Toil I’ve been using. I’ve never seen one do this before.

I don’t run the Not oil. I use the PJ1 oil from the dealer. I have two filters(one for a spare and one on the machine) and mine don’t look like that. Very interesting.

Just using the No-Toil cleaner then the oil and some rim grease. All No-Toil/Pro Honda products. There's no separation of foam and rubber anywhere either.

One of my ATVs dose that.
I always suspected it was from washing in gas (like they say not to do).
But I thought the honda filters where yellow?
It doesn't seam to matter, the foam hasn't separated from the rubber.

I think it was yellow… The oil turns it green.
Yeah, I believe it still works just fine. It’s just a looks thing. LOL.

Update.
Since it was time for regular scheduled maintenance I just bought a new Honda filter and went with BelRay oil. I’ve used this in the past and it’s always done good.
Having tried the Notoil I would not recommend it. Just my opinion.
