P1000 Delton's painfully slow build

I had to cut back my RD bumper 1.5" to get my 28" tires to hit obstacles before the bumper. It was worth every bit.

Oh okay I gotcha. Ill have to see how it does. Shortening it now wouldn't be a big deal. Later might be different story

Those are perfect for making harness mount bar that's removable.

I have seen that same style clamp, one of my biggest pet peeves is the 1.750 vs 45mm ID.

I am going to throw a set on the lathe and open them up to the proper size if there is room. I don't like the gap between the halves, especially something as important as a harness bar.

I'd trust it more with small gap than with halves together. 1.75 was exactly what I was after.
