P1000 Delton's painfully slow build

Is it just me or is more and more ppl mentioning their cooling fans aren't working right?
I've been putting a mod off for a while that will end that once and for all. And operator doesn't have to flip a switch to turn it on. If I can make quick progress making cage for that Cadillac, ill fab it up real quick. Since nobody knows id of lower radiator hose, guess ill just have to drain mine and cut it to find out lol. Hopefully it'll be done by end of weekend. If not, next week then. Y'all will thank me later I promise.

There has definitely been more people having issues with their ride overheating on a new machine. Some burping and some reporting the Fan not running as much as it should.

Went to dealer yesterday and ordered rear knuckle bushings, collars, and 2 cv boot kits. That should get my rear straightened out.

Anyone wanting to add grease fittings to their rear knuckles, these kits make life alot easier. Everything you need all in one kit. Part # is on box.

Theyre handy. Taps that come with them arent very sturdy but the ez-out end works well. And tool is good for tightening/loosening zerts in tight spots.

Its painted and installed. Came out purty good. Its not perfect (can tell where i sleeved tubes over hood) but hell its not supposed to be. I strive to give other people best work i can do, but when its for me, its all about function over form.

Slightly worried that it may hit on big rocks since it does stick out couple inches more than id like. But hey, if it does that just gives me an excuse to build another one lol

Nothing buddy. Both axles been spitting grease and one popping slightly. Both knuckles have wiggle room (probably from going dry). Installing grease nipples and new collars/bushings. Wear n tear stuff.
