Tubular tailgate is finished. Came out even better than i had planned (SHOCKER!!!) Lol. Anyways, all im waiting on now is few days of warmer weather for paint and bed liner then itll be ready for some trails.

Hoping this is final fitment check before paint. Cause im tired of removing/installing this thing every time i add something.

Balance empty is dead on. Bed creeps up once released and closes with 2 fingers. Of course all that goes to crap when i load down trail box lol.

A few hours without kids and a 1/5 of 90proof equals some progress out in shop. Love those new grabhandles. Theyre inside cage now for rollover protection.

Also did a headrest delete. Never used them anyways. Increased visibility.

I like the black..looks good bud. Better put some pipe foam around that bar though just in case your noggin tries to bounce off it.

If you mean the one behind seat, its not as close as it looks. I mashed back against seat hard as i could and just barely touched. Padding is still a good idea.

That looks really good. I'd love to have a 5 seat cage that follows that profile. I like the grab handles and the 2 tubes across the a-pillar on the roof line. I'd definitely keep the head rests if you're running harnesses just in case. Keep up the good work!

My 1st cage had same roofline. Rear section was removable.
