I thought so too. Only took little cutting/welding and some 1/4" plate. They should've done this from the start. Love the look of the Strongmade. The only bumper I ever considered. Just my .02

Doing little pm work to baby girl. Got rid of the last 2 flimsy guard mounts. The replacements won't be so easy to bend.

Yessir I surely do. Haven't had much seat time off-road to totally base an opinion off of. But my biggest objection was street manners blasting around curves. And it totally feels stable so out it goes! Lol. I'm guessing part of that is due to increased stiffness of the HL lift. Hoping to flex it some at the Gulf on Wednesday and guarantee you some flex come Friday at the Bull. I appreciate you and couple others that finally talked me into trying it.

Like I've been saying watch side hills a little closer and high speed maneuvers loaded but you've got so much seat time I wouldn't be concerned. On dirt roads at good speed I'll run 4wd more to help it hang in. Off road there is just no comparison!

I had mine unhooked for Saturday's ride, it works really good for that type of riding.

No but that 18ga ain't gonna do much to trap heat. And I can build a small storage box into it. Plus itll keep mud out way better than that piece of rubber.
