Just got home from work and looking forward to doing some reading in my new service manual. Oh that's right.....Helm Inc. has trouble with the 48hr shipping thing. And since its Saturday, won't get here until Monday (hopefully). Which means I paid extra to get the same shipping speed I could've gotten at a cheaper price. I didn't email them yesterday because I was so mad I would've been very unpleasant with them. I decided to wait til today so I would calm down. That hasn't happened yet.

They probably shipped it through usps too. They're horrible at getting stuff somewhere on time.
I told them they would never get another dime of my money. I order online all the time and nobody charges handling charges. It's a friggin manual!!! 16 bucks?? Really??

Its not even that heavy. A 2 year old could put it in the shipping bag
They should be thankful they don't have a FB page. Or I'd be flogging the crap out of them. It's sketchy sellers like them that make me really appreciate top notch outfits like RockAuto and Amazon. Ive got a huge collection of service manuals for many different models, so they've thrown away some future business for sure.

Just ordered the Highlifter 2.5" lift kit. Should be here by next Friday. I'm gonna change this things name from Gruff to Eve. Cause the temptation to buy her more stuff is too hard to resist.
Let us know opinions about the lift

I have a highlifter 2" lift for my Foreman. I loved the way it drove afterwards. That plus the 1/4" aluminum skid I made for it and I wasn't afraid to climb over anything lol. I kept hearing of driveshafts breaking so I took it off. Still have it in shop somewhere.

I have no interests i larger tires for my 1000-5 at this time but I would like another 1-2 inches of ground clearance do u think that that 1-2 inches would cause problems as I do ride hard!!!

No I don't see any problems at all with the Pioneer ( I sure hope not cause my lift will be here next week lol). I was talking bout the lift I got for my Foreman. Turns out alot more people had good luck with them. It was just a small number that had problems. I gave in to hysteria

Got alot finished up today. Switch panel is done for now. Still have 2 empty slots available.

My interior lights. One on each side of this bar. Don't have a 3way switch so I didn't mount limit switch for the door yet.
Hopefully skid plate and guards will come soon. I need to see if hoist in shop will lift this beast off the ground.

And guess what just showed up lol. Just in time for a ride tomorrow. I have to put wife's new tanning bed together this afternoon so looks like it's gonna be a long night. Should have some good lift kit feedback to give tomorrow when I get back from mtn.
