I can't see it helping the CG that much but ok... looks like it would cause more problems than it would help. Unless you have a toy hauler it won't fit in I don't see it.

It actually made a difference if someone wasn't running a roof or anything else up top it wouldn't make much

I was a straight up hater on the idea not long ago. Guess I have @snuffnwhisky to blame for the change of heart. Honestly haven't given much thought to the windshield lol. Figured I'd just chop it and deal with the side effects later lol. Btw 4" is kinda where I'm at as well. Not too extreme but still enough so it's noticeable. Hoping to make my own headrest support rail so I can incorporate some 4 point harness mounts.

I added capillary glue which would be clear lol. But also if you scuffed and sprayed the outer piece on the inside it would show black on the visible outside making the lower section look fairly close to how it did.

If I had it to do over I would build a new headrest bar and cut it down 7or 8". Just for the extreme low look. No legit purpose other than looks. I'd be running into all kinds of math problems then.

Went and checked out the windshield. Not gonna be a biggie. The bottom of the top part is what I'll cut. Just bend a lip where it mates with the bottom part and redrill holes for the mounts. Done.

I've been hearing this eery screeching noise at night. Tonight I found out what it is. Our male Arctic fox has been calling his girlfriend. This is best pic I could get of her. Gorgeous red fox. My boy is a stud lol.

Could you trace and cut the top half down 4 in and reinstall the weather strip?
