I'd give those magnets a shot. But I'm already committed to dropping my CRAP off at a fabricator for the frame mod. See here: P500 - Pictures of the P500 frame mod completed?

Tonight's fix was the hood. The previous owner made his own plexiglass windshield that rubbed the camo off in two spots on the hood. I figured the easiest way to fix this was with a sticker.

Today at lunch I stopped by a vinyl graphics/ sign company and scored a piece of matte black vinyl for free.

I think it came out good. Ties in with all the other black on the bike.

Template time using my daughters construction paper. Zoom in on the center and you can see the damage.

When I first saw the picture I thought you were deciding whether to go white or pink. I felt my eyebrows go up suddenly and started losing interest in this thread. Whew... that was disturbing for a moment.

Gentleman she's finally mobile! We got the valves with our second try.

All that's left is frame mod, weld nuts for a few of the skid bolts, and then reinstall the skids. Non of which were needed for some neighborhood drifting.

I'll let you know when I get some time on them. The little rip I did on them, they ride smooth. Much better than the AMS Slingshots rode. I had pitbull rockers on my Brute force and really liked them. I picked these up off of Craigslist for $300. Sold the AMS Slingshots for $100.

Kimpex windshield install tonight. It comes with 6 clips to hold it in place. That's it clips. Says to remove for towing. I didn't use the upper clips because I had to drill the windshield to re-mount my roof.

And my restoration is done! Now to ride.

These Pitbull tires ride smooth! But they did rob some of the already tepid acceleration. Curious to see how it scoots along on the trail.
