My brother-in-law's jeep broke down so why not use the pioneer to drag it into the shop?

I didn't have to drag it far to get into the shop, it didn't break a sweat and I left it in turf mode just in case it wanted to spin the tires and not the clutch.. Where it sits in the picture is where it landed after we pushed it off the car hauler.

@CumminsPusher I am sure could give you six sets of non-warrantied clutches reasons why you may not want to use your P1K to tow a vehicle. Not to mention posts pics doing so. But hey glad you got it in.

The p500 could've done that just as easy. Heck, I could use my old Foreman but I didn't want to walk that far to get it. I would be very disappointed if the clutches failed with a pull that easy. Now if I was hard on the throttle and abusing it, that would not be good. But I've use my vehicles many times to pull or push boats and trailers and cars and they never give me any problem....like a Honda should!

I am sure the rolling resistance was minimal, I remember using our old Fourtrax Rancher & Foremans moving farm trucks around, mainly pulling them close enough to power to get battery charger on them. Pretty much if they could get traction they would move far more than anticipated.

Heck the 1985 Big Red 250 weighed 405lbs. and was advertised to tow 850 lbs. but the P1K with 4x the motor, and weight is only listed at 2,000. Liability has hurt everyone.

It's always fun to show the cool pictures when we're out riding for recreation. But with the Farm Rig I like to show the other use of the pioneer line.

He really had a hardon for the 7seater. Back then I didn't know Honda paid a company to monitor everything that was going on even on private threads and would use it to void warrentee. Don't worry we're doing none of that with a Honda again. Funny though they'll fix a clutch in a rig with three broken axels on a flatbed, depends on who your rep is. @JACKAL is right though don't post pics of doing anything with the Pioneer, it's apparently designed for easy tooling on dirt roads with driving instructions for anyone behind the wheel. Must not be a problem overall with all the time they're spending on a "fix" Pulling a Sxs out of the mud or using the rig to help the winch is much harder on it then anything I've ever done.
While we're there I'm glad to see they tried fixing the water issues too we would've still had a good rig.

It is an off road vehicle not a PWC, Honda got out of making those years ago.

I do agree with that and understand. But given the major results from something like this gets frustrating. I was playing by the rules with the 10" water. Been going through that puddle for years on multiple rigs even a popo and kids dirt-bikes so you assume a 16k utility rig can handle it. I'm glad they finally acknowledged a problem just sucks I had to test it and explain what happened to the manufacture at our expense. Really liked that 1000 it was a good one

Then mounted the Honda lights in the rear that was a gift from Hondasxs forum for ROTY, thanks @Hondasxs.

I also mounted my old side mirrors.

I had some lights that I didn't use on Traveller so they went on the front. I spread them out and aimed them to the side slightly in hopes it will be enough light. If not, there's room in the middle for more.
