I was able to hit the trails today with my new 2018. Mostly in 1st and 2nd gear. I was impressed with the power not so impressed with the suspension. I loved that I could go anywhere the ATV's went!
We hit several muddy areas so my question is about washing. Do any of you remove the front plastic and spray the mud out? Is there anything I shouldn't do when washing?

Thank you for your time

I remove my hood and spray underneath but like @trigger said, just be cautious.

I would stay away from spraying bearings, seals and electricals. Other than that, blast away!

Depending how muddy it gets.... I've pulled the hood, w/s, seats, roof, rear rack & fender assembly, seats to wash after a ride. I love how easily it is to "pop" apart.

You will learn that you cannot use the words Pioneer 500 and suspension in the same sentence but you learn to deal with the ride.

I spray it a bit, being careful where i point it.
I'm not a "needs to be spotless" guy. I just get it looking like someone tried to clean it. I try to avoid pressure washes as i think they do more harm than good.
