I'm going to try and make some of these out of DOM tubing on the plasma at work. I'll let you know how I make out.

Shipping was $17 for me. I still can't make those 2 pieces for $57. I'd call and ask if you can buy 2 27.5" lengths. The 48" shipping length is the killer and you're going to end up with 40% scrap like I did.

Half in UHMW will be better than 3/16 steel and probably weigh less.

There’s someone who made a template on the forum but i can’t remember who at the moment.
