I'm getting ready for hurricane season and was looking at my gas can situation, I have probably 8 or 10 cans, all different shapes and sizes, some have lids and some are missing, some are dented, some are smashed. I wanna get rid of the whole mess and get some nice new matching ones. I recently bought a new jerry can and I kind of like those, but I'm not sure. What are ya'll using and why do you think yours are the ones for me. Oh, I want them to hold 5 gal. or right around there. Thanks

They don’t leak and don’t have the gubment’ mandated weird valves that break after one use.

I bought 4 of those from some place. Ended up being like $16 a piece shipped but u had to buy 4. I've only used 1 of them, 1 time last week. I'm pretty happy with it. When I got them about 2 months ago, before all this covid s*** started going down. I went back to that website and they were out of stock. I guess everyone was tripping like I was. Lol

They are WELL worth it I have ...several ...of them, we live far enough out of town I'd rather fill gas cans and not have to worry about forgetting to fill a car on the way home. Several... of them is still WAY cheaper than even a pump much less a transfer tank for GAS. I can throw them in the bed of the truck and fill them all with Stabile and 93 for long term storage. I have carried one on every takeover and Overland trip for the past 3-4 years and other than losing one of the nozzle caps myself haven't had an issue. they don't spill when tipped I have dropped them full from the bed of my truck and they haven't leaked.

I finally bought a 2.5 gallon for carrying on the Pioneer and a 2.5 for 2Cycle Gas

Occasionally they will have a Holiday sale or something and you can get them for 20% less.
Don't buy direct shipping will get you if you're only buying one.
Tractor Supply carries them and a few other places so if you can get a discount code for one of those places you can get them cheaper too.

My go-to for fuel storage. The best in my opinion. $20 everywhere. They come in clear, red, yellow, blue. (I like the clear).
1)no government spout
2)5gal but holds 5.85gal
3)pours really fast
4)doesn't expand or collapse with temps
5)can lay down and won't leak
6)will last forever

I have two of these and they are awesome. Can't beat the price for what you get. I have told so many people about them since Rural King started selling them. Had mine for about 3 years now.

I agree. The price VS quality is a bonus.

I have these but they are the VP racing branded ones. I won't buy anything else.
