Maybe search for "GPS" in the search bar, this discussion has happened several times and there is lots of info already here.
I believe he wants a gps unit to track his vehicles if removed from his possession. Not which gps tracking will map me.

@TxDoc, I don't have any input, but am interested in other responses

@Delton uses something, I don't remember what but I've seen him reply on FB when others have asked similar.

I looked into this for snowmobiling & found a few options but all had a monthly subscription of some sort.

@Delton uses something, I don't remember what but I've seen him reply on FB when others have asked similar.
I use rzrtracker. Cost 150 with 1st year of service. 20 a year after that. Love it. I get a text/email alert if wind blows it too hard sitting in driveway lol. I know exactly where it's at at all times.

I see you connect it to the battery. Does it drain the battery pretty quick?

I have it connected to my 2nd battery. Haven't noticed any loss that i can tell in over a year of use. I charge that battery every month or so anyways.
