When is Honda jumping in the youth sxs market?
Might be a bit. They don’t like to throw out a recommended riding age below 16. Stupid ass lawyers. I believe recommended age on the crf50 is 13. Lmmfao!

Yeah even Poolaris won’t sell to the actual target market for a 170, it’s all about insurance/liability but kids are probably better drivers than most Poolaris owners anyway.

Probably true. My daughter has been on something gas powered since before 2yo and she’s never hit anything in those 12 years, not even a punctured tire that I can remember. I trust her more then most adults. Usually if the atv isn’t bought strictly as a babysitter like I’ve seen some parents do,kids do really well.

Unless it was the same driver running it in each machine, that's not a fair comparison. I mean, the driver of the ace could've been someone like @Smitty335, @JTW, or @Kilo427... if you'd reverse the drivers, the ace may have made it up just fine and the 500 would've been on it's side!
Could you please simply that, three people can't drive at the same time! Two have to watch! HA!

Knowing that PoPos catch a lot of grief, they are really much smoother and belts hold up well if not driven aggressively, at least for the smaller engines. Had two atvs, 20 yrs and no belt issues. But what I like best about the P500 is the engine braking. My polaris ace will coast downhill fast if you let off the gas, but tap it and it engages, and has good brakes if needed.
