I used a torch and various clamps and wood or steel stock. Heat along the bend line until it appears wet and then bend into shape and hold until it cools

It can take awhile for the plastic to cool enough to stay in position, especially for thicker material. I've used a compressed air gun, works, or a spray bottle of water, better, to speed the cooling process.

That's very similar to how I have formed HDPE and UHMW in the past, lots of clamps, all kinds of things that kinda fit and some heat
