Headlight upgrade?

Those who have upgraded their headlights on Pioneer 700. What is best bang for buck on headlights? How long have you had them installed. Some part numbers would help in advance.

When i had my 700 i tried HID's, LED bulbs and ended up upgrading to the same headlights in the 1000 deluxe and above.
Personally I would try the Amazon.com: SUPERFASTRACING Led Headlights Kit Replacement for Honda Pioneer 1000 500 700 with work: Automotive
I acually bought the exact OEM 's and was very happy. These may work better with very little modifications

My problem with just bulb replacements was the reflectors are designed for a certain bulb. The resulting light output is scattered and not focused corectly.

If I was you spend your money on a decent light bar setup. PBR products has cool brackets so you can mount a 50-54 inch bar. Lots of switches and wire harness at the club store to make install easy. Amazon has some pretty cheap light bars. After all you just wanna see at night right?

The bulb replacement isn't a substitute for a light bar or other add on. It is just a cheap way to improve upon the dim, yellow halogen lights that come from the factory on the 700's. Well worth the $35 bucks. Definite improvement for a road ride home in the dark. If you are running trails at night, by all means, get supplemental lighting. For my use (mainly ice fishing and hunting) the bulb replacement is a perfect upgrade.

I just purchased a light pod kit. 2 4in pods mounting brackets and wiring harness 45$(amazon) mounted them on the side roll bars and it’s like I don’t even have to turn the headlights on.
