Ok can you go to the fuse box and check for voltage on one side of each fuse with key off, and then key on? Lets see if its getting from key switch to fuses. Maybe write them down.

So in the end it was 100% my fault. When I drilled a hole to bolt me solenoid to I nicked the main wire harness and damaged 6 wires. Upside is now I know almost everything electric on this machine.
