I just got done installing my new Superwinch and now have a major problem, the unit won't start!!! I also have no display, the unit DOES turn over. I checked all fuses and battery is charging, currently at 75% I spliced into the accessory power at the cigeratte lighter. I pulled power off of the stock battery. I'm lost and pissed. Please help.

Ok lets backtrack. When you turn on key you get nothing correct? Is so lets remove the connection where you spliced into auxillary harness.

Also one other thing, i noticed that when i removed the battery connections that the nut falls down and is a bi+# to get bolt rethreaded.

I just checked, have 12.56vdc in the connector. And yes the bolts are short but have them on.

the drawing I'm looking at is for a 14 but I would say its close. it shows fuse F is a 10Amp and is the ignition supply. can someone turn cycle the key switch for you and see if any relays under the hood are energizing? (clicking)

looks to me like fuse A and F are the supplies for the Ignition and start circuits. didn't unplug any connectors under hood or dash?

Nope, just the accessory connection. And when I was doing all of the wiring I had the battery unhooked. I just checked continuity on all of the fuses.

how about temporarily removing all the wires you hooked up and then try it? not saying you made a mistake just lets see if we can get it running again.

Trust me, any idea is good at this point, unfortunately I already did that. Somewhere the ignition signal isn't getting through, just can't figure out where.

From looking at the schematic I'm thinking it's something in "Junction 4". Does anyone know or can they post a pic of which one is junction 4?
