Just did the first oil change today on my brand new 2020 700-4. 150 mi on the engine & 15 hours.
I'm very surprised by how chewed up the stem and spring for the oil filter look.

Any thoughts or concerns?

I think it's just machining marks from the manufacturing process. If you blow up @Tflynn's pics from the OP, it looks the same way. I wouldn't worry about it.

I know the spring is ground down to ensure it presses evenly and flat.
Im not sure about the marks on the bolt.
