That's 1 nice looking talon. 32" tires really help with the slow rides and throttle sensitivity

As a heart attack lol
Update to the above post, I shared my finished pictures from below on the FB Talon group of the hard cab enclosure from @SuperATVSo been an interesting 36 hours. There is always perils in being an early adopter of new products.
Despite my best efforts the two fixed panels behind the front doors just didn't quite line up like I thought they should and the front doors closed harder than necessary rubbing the bottom of the aforementioned panels. Also the rear doors didn't quite follow the ROPS contour quite right.
Now all eight panels came pre-assembled with the bulb seals fully attached around the perimeter and rigid door frames. As seen here right out of the boxes:

It then dawned on me the subtle bends in the poly panels rear doors and the fixed panels between the front and rear doors were exactly opposite to what they should be. Surely they weren't assembled backwards, lo and behold they were. So I spent 4 hours disassembling what seemed like 80 4mm bolts, pulling off all the bulb seals and swapping the seals to the opposing panels and putting it all back together.
Viola! it all fit the machine and each other perfectly and the front door binding ceased allowed them to close as expected.
In defense of the workers at @SuperATV who assembled these early hard cab enclosure kits, the panels are covered with the protective blue film that obscures the bends in the poly that make it all form fitting. I spent 6 hours second guessing myself thinking I was just not doing it correctly. Glad to find out for once, it wasn't me.
Now I explain all this in case some other poor bastards get a kit pre-assembled backwards like mine, 4 panels correctly and 4 panels transverse from what they should be.
Thing is you don't know until you get to the last steps of the instructions to see they don't line up.
Example: This picture is top front rear door where it meets the fixed panels. It juts out approximately 1".

After swapping the panels it now lines up and hugs the ROPS as such:

How much is the seal kit? I'm not on Facebook.Going to give Alaska Side-by-Stuff kit a try, get the bottom gaps I haven't covered as well as the brake spring cover he makes. I think it will work with the triggershield material I already have on the back door gaps too.

Thanks for catching that @JACKAL ! We caught it early and fixed the kits and the procedure, but I'm sure we still had a handful slip out the door.Update to the above post, I shared my finished pictures from below on the FB Talon group of the hard cab enclosure from @SuperATV
In the past week have had three people contact me who purchased the kits and all three were pre-assembled backwards just like mine, in all 4 cases (mine included) it was the two fixed panels between the front and rear doors, and the rear doors themselves which has tons of bolts to remove and re install after swapping. Just an FYI, if you catch it before bolting onto the Talon it's literally half the work.

I ordered a plastic packout plate on 11/30, shipped 12/2 just got it yesterday 18 days in USPS system to go 300 miles, just to save me $3 vs drive 30 minutes to Home Depot. Lesson learned with 3rd party Amazon sellers.I'm having the same shipping issues now too. I had to quit using USPS during holidays because they are so slow and losing packages.
That's the USPS, they suck at shipping stuff. I sent @KyGal83 a tablet mount a year or so ago via "Priority Mail", was supposed to be there in 3 days, think it took about 3 weeks, actually I'm not certain it ever arrived.I ordered a plastic packout plate on 11/30, shipped 12/2 just got it yesterday 18 days in USPS system to go 300 miles, just to save me $3 vs drive 30 minutes to Home Depot. Same here, they permanently closed the Drop off center at the main UPS hub North of Knoxville TN, was only 35 miles away. Now just random CVS pharmacy drop offs around.Another problem I now have is that I live 40 miles from a UPS drop off point. It was close to where I work until Monday when the new location owners discontinued being a UPS, Fedex, and USPS drop off point. Plus the main UPS walk-in drop off point at the Lake Charles UPS central location has been close permanently since Thanksgiving. That location was conveniently on my route home. Now the only drop off point is the Lake Charles UPS Store, and they are not on my route home. UPS is making using them very inconvenient.
