Hooked my winch up this weekend. Turned out real nice. See pics
Now I'm in the market for a plow, mount and push tube
I like the setup shown on KFi's site especially the tapered blade. (http://www.kfiproducts.com/index.php?_a ... &catId=338)
Trouble is I cant find anyone online or in store for that matter who has these.
Anyone know of an online seller?

I found a dealer (central PA) that can get the KFi plow kit I was looking at.
Follow up questions -

Does anyone know what length the Honda (warn/Part #:08L76-HR3-A21) blade is?

I'm really leaning toward the tapered blade from KFi, hoping 60" isn't too long

Any thoughts on tapered vs. straight blades?

Here is documentation supporting a 54" blade. Though it says for a Rancher the part # is the same. Not sure why it's not listed for the Pioneer.

I have the 54" from Honda. Here is the info i have on it.
I like the straight blade. But i use this for my driveway and need to pile snow up. I find the tapered blades to be more for running the snow to the side on long stretches of driveway or road. Can't see it being good for residential. I could be wrong.
I have 26x11x12 big horn 2.0 tires and the 54" tilted still covers the width. Any wider of a tire and the blade won't cover the width.
Hope this helps.

thank you all
The primary use for the plow in my case is a long (gravel) driveway, probably about 200 feet and an inclined drive (also gravel) about 75 feet down to the pole barn.
Nothing is paved on the property.
I still have the stock tires (yeah I know) so I shouldn't need to worry about the width being too short.
And I'm sure I wont be going down any trails with the blade on!
Still have a day to consider straight or tapered blade.
Found a clip on you tube where it seems the taper can push straight ahead (probably at a slower speed) OK.

Thanks again.

I have found myself in my trails with my plow on hahaha.. Simply because I can and I was lazy and still had plowing to do. Was just checking to make sure my trails were still clear of fallen trees.
Good luck with whatever you go with.

I got the KFi kit attached this weekend. See pics of the blade and the dash mount I did for the Champion Remote switch.
Just in time too, have about 4in of snow yesterday.
I must say I am happy with the kit so far.
Very sturdy construction, heavy duty blade and tube assembly.
Mount fit perfectly.
Tapered blade is working great for me here, adjusted it to about 1" off the ground and even though the drive is gravel it did a nice job clearing the snow.
Highly recommend the KFi kits.
If you need the name of a good reseller in central PA, search for Ryanco Cycle Works.
Cheers
