Are the factory LED's much brighter than the halogens? Are they worth the money to upgrade to them?
BEAMTECH H13 LED Headlight Bulb, 50W 6500K 8000Lumens Extremely Brigh (9008 Hi/Lo) CSP this is what I use works great.
Pictures please!I did a night ride and while the led bulbs are whiter, it’s hard to tell if I had better visibility 20 or 30 yards in front. However, when I flipped on my 30” light bar it looked like daytime in front and it didn’t matter.
Since I’m not looking for highway lighting, but holes and rocks on atv trails when I’m hunting and driving in pitch blackness- I’m calling it good.
BTW I installed a 5 led license plate light for my perm license, and it does a nice job giving some illumination when backing up.

In my opinion yes. LED doesn’t have the penetration of halogen or HID. It usually requires more bulbs for the same light. For a LED to project correctly it requires separate reflectors for each bulb. That is why led housings have the burners spaced apart and separated instead of multiple in one housing (like putting a replacement bulb in halogen housing) that way the light can be focused better.I installed the LED's and the low beams are great, the high beams not so much. Are the factory LED's brighter than the LED replacement bulbs?
On stock LED's?I had the lamps adjusted (they have a rotational adjustment) incorrectly. Now they are so bright people flash me when I have my low beams on.
