Half installed the front a-arm guards… holes don’t quite line up and the recesses aren’t quite deep enough so I’ll deal with that tomorrow as well

Wow that arm skid is crazy close to that tire…I wonder if that’s too close and might hold rocks etc against the tire?

I thought the same. Maybe its just the angle of the pic?
Looks like it's gotta move up some more to lign up with the bolt holes and that notch at the bottom might make enough clearing for tire space

Self tappers for skid plate are installed
I hated those, but the ones that came with the TA skids have actually held up pretty good.

I'm replacing them with rivet nuts if/when they loosen up -- only had to replace one on the P1K5 and none on the Talon so far.
