Is there any way to get more speed out of the pioneer 700
Yes. Trade it for a 1000.

Adding bigger tires will get more actual "speed", though it won't show on the speed-o.

One other option that I think someone here has done (maybe they will be along shortly) is to install Rincon gears in the subbtrans, and then add the 2014 ECU. 2014's had a rev limiter, while newer ones have a speed limiter that would stop you at 44ish regardless of gearing.

Big chance taken on parts that might not even work on your year, and imo would turn the already too tall geared 700 into big golf cart only useful on smooth, level trails and gravel roads.
